Someone looked at who is already being surfaced and worked out why. Someone tested what moved the needle and what did not. That is a deliberate effort, done in small increments, against what Google and the AI platforms reward. It is not set and forget, and it does not happen by accident.
We focus on search visibility and nothing else.
No social, no paid ads, no design studio. Organic search is the channel that compounds and sustains a business on its own, and it is the one we excel at. We also run our own sites, which is where new techniques get tested before they go near a client's business.
Behind Kestrel
Rick founded Kestrel in 2026, after six years in marketing.
He started out running outbound marketing for a start-up while studying economics at university, and moved into search visibility from there. After graduating he worked in construction while building a search agency on the side, focused on coworking spaces and private offices. It widened when other local businesses started asking for the same work.
He focused on search after seeing firsthand what it can do for a local business, and how much misinformation there is in the sector. That is why Kestrel works the way it does: transparent about what is being done, and honest about what it is worth.
